monday night ratting with terriers, Please note this is not a back yard or farm, its a rubbish tip and recycling depot with tonnes of household waste coming through the site every day, therefore it is extremely unlikely to be possible to not let waste accumulate. The household waste is sorted into recyclable materials and the rest will either go to landfill or be used to fuel power stations. Everyone's waste will come to a place like this, pest control can be particularly difficult to achieve in these environments due to the abundance of food waste which is far more attractive to rats than any rodenticide formulation, we used the dogs to quickly dispatch large numbers of rats, a quick bite and shake and then they were dead in a second or two instead of relying on second generation anti coagulant poisoning over a week or so, it may look like lots escaped, however they were contained in other areas of this large site, we cleared these other areas using the same method over the following weeks, thanks for watching and all the comments educated or not.
