When I submitted a JPEG image with 70 percent quality to Wallpaper Abss, a moderator moved it to Image Abyss because of "compression artifacts". What is the minimum JPEG quality for avoiding an image being moved to Image Abyss? Anyone knows?

There is no set minimum image quality. The image needs to appear clear at full size. It's a bit of a subjective criteria, but any jpgs submitted should be at 100% quality (we'll lower quality for thumbnails for fast loading automatically).
