Spawn (1997) - Modern Trailer [Fan Edit] Tim Gonzales "Growing up in the 90s, I was a pretty big Spawn fan. I was especially keen on the action figures from the series because their build quality was on an entirely other level compared to other toys.

When the Spawn movie came out in '97, I was around 11 years old at the time; I thought it was the dopest shit, haha. While the movie doesn't really hold up all that well today, it's a film I will always cherish since its part of my childhood.

Todd McFarlane has gone on record saying a new Spawn film is in the works on multiple occasions, and while waiting for that movie with bated breath, I decided to cut a modern trailer for the 1997's "Spawn" in honor of Todd McFarlane's appearance on AMC's "Geeking Out" talk show this Sunday, September 18th 2016.
