"Went to the Walmart in my parent's town on Thanksgiving around 8pm. I was driving back to the hotel and I saw it PACKED! Therefore I went in, and expected to interview people about why they are there. Instead I saw this, videoed it, and was promptly kicked out of the store."

The four-minute-long video captured on August 24 shows an inmate grabbing a correctional officer's leg and pulling him to the ground before being tackled by three officers. After the officers stepped away the inmate can be seen pacing around the room before attacking another officer from behind. Around six officers using pepper spray to stop the prisoner before grabbing him, punching him in the head and tackling him once more.Three correctional deputies were treated for injuries that were not life threatening, authorities said. The 31-year-old inmate, Austin Allen, was charged with aggravated battery and two counts of felony resisting, the sheriff's department said. He was originally in jail for a domestic battery case.

I cut the midde part out where i call 911. I was pulled over by this state trooper in friendswood tx and ended up calling the cops on him because of how he was conducting himself. Its pretty self explanatory, but for those that dont quite understand after watching the video the two points of concern for me is 1 - Him threatening me and 2 - Trying to use my 4th amendment right as reasonable suspicion to believe my firearm was stolen.
